Who we are
BARCELONA PERFORMANCE YARNS SL is a specialized company with more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and converting of industrial yarns.
Our main activity is twisting, cabling, winding, coating and braiding industrial yarns from the main synthetic polymers such as Para-Aramid, Meta-Aramid, Dyneema®, HMPE, Vectran®, Polyester, Polyamide 6, Polyamide 6.6., Polypropylene, PBO, Rayon, etc.
We focus on the following markets: Cables, Hoses, Electric Motors, Filtration, Tapes and Slings, Sewing Threads, Threads for Fishing and Aquaculture Nets, Nautical Cords, Threads and Cords for Food Contact, Blind Cords, Kitesurfing Lines, etc.
We are developing the technical textiles market thanks to recent investments in state-of-the-art machinery and equipment that have given our company a strong leadership position in this market.
